Once in everyone's life something comes along that knocks you off your feet. That, for me, Sherry Rodarmor, was the Borzoi. My first encounter with a Borzoi was at the home of young Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith, when visiting with an old friend of theirs during my college days in California. Again in my life, I am fortunate enough to have met other breeds that knocked my socks off. While looking for a smaller sighthound breed for World and International dog shows, I came across the Ibizan Hound on a puppies for sale internet page. It was love at first sight when I saw the incomparable Lily. Subsequent to the Ibizan Hound, another breed came along that equally took my heart, i.e., the Saluki. And, if that wasn't enough, along came Lola Rouge and Einstein, my two best Greyhound buddies. I am truly blessed at Shefaro with a life surrounded by the unicorns that are my sighthound friends.
